ABOUT ME
Welcome to my MindGame project page! My name is Carter Gillette, and I’m a passionate entrepreneur and student currently enrolled in the ENT 451 course. I created MindGame as a way to combine my love for gaming with a purpose: improving mental health through engaging, interactive experiences.
As an entrepreneur, I am deeply invested in creating solutions that are not only innovative but also have a meaningful impact on people’s lives. MindGame is the result of my belief that mental wellness should be accessible and enjoyable for everyone, which is why I focused on combining therapeutic techniques with gaming—something that people already love to do.
I’ve always been interested in the intersection of technology and well-being. Over time, I realized how much potential video games have in helping individuals manage stress, focus, and even enhance emotional regulation. With MindGame, my goal is to break the stigma around mental health care, making it fun, interactive, and effective.
My Journey
From a young age, I’ve been fascinated by video games and their ability to create immersive worlds that offer people an escape. However, over time, I noticed that gaming could be more than just entertainment—it could be a tool for positive change. This insight sparked my interest in mental health and inspired me to pursue a career in entrepreneurship focused on wellness.
With MindGame, I wanted to bridge the gap between technology and mental health care, providing an engaging way for people to take care of their minds while having fun. By blending therapeutic elements into the gaming experience, MindGame is designed to meet individuals wherever they are in their mental wellness journey.
My Vision
My vision is to make MindGame a leading platform in the wellness and gaming industries, where people can experience both the joy of gaming and the benefits of mental health therapy. I believe that by combining these two worlds, we can help individuals manage anxiety, improve focus, and strengthen emotional resilience—without it feeling like traditional therapy.
